First off the customer service with the seller is absolutely fantastic. To get it to work properly took some time and a replacement but they stuck with me to insure it worked. It does work the app is cool and text the device to see where its at works great.Here's the problem.. The battery life is not as advertised. I charged it for a full two days only to ping it to find it off line the following weekend. Charged it again and pinged it 3 days later and it reported back only 10% battery left. This is not acceptable if the vehicle is stolen you will need a longer lasting battery so the police can track.

I bought this for my teen sons truck.It attaches securely to the vehicle. I placed it under the hood and it works great.Total monthly cost is $8.00 that includes the SIM card $5.00 and the app Im using (X-GPS Monitor) $3.00.The vehicle was towed last Friday and I was able to drive right to the storage facility and retrieve it.Take a look at the photo to see how hidden away my truck was.Had I not known where the vehicle was I could have faced $80.00 per day storage fees while I tracked it down.There was a slight learning curve for me - trying to pick the right APP. But otherwise no problems.I highly recommend the AT-17 and the X-GPS Monitor APP.

I had trouble setting up my device and I emailed the company. They responded promptly and helped me get it set up online and in the app. We shared over 25 emails! I am so grateful to have had personalized customer care. I am not tech savvy and I’m not sure that I would have been able to use the device to it’s full potential without their help.The device works great and it is a huge plus to know they are there to help if you encounter a problem.I’d give it a 10 star review if I could!!!

The product does what I intended to use it for: tracking a vehicle. The manual that comes with the product is very bad. I received a manual and command list by email and they are difficult to figure out. However, their customer service is superb. I've been corresponding with Lucas, who responds immediately and even has been le to update the date and time in the tracker, which is impossible to figure out how to do from the documentation. I would give it 5 stars if it came with decent setup and operating instructions

This product has been one of the best items we found to replace the old 2G items we had and it seems to work very well with the existing website or you can use your own GPS server with these. I highly recommend it and have had excellent support from the seller.

Great product! I wanted a tracker that did not require me to wire it into my car. I also wanted a tracker that had a long battery life. This works well on both counts. Plus, it is reasonably priced! And it works on GPRS.
