Tesla Model 3 Black Brushed Metal Console Wrap Kit

There isnt much to dislike about this wrap. First off, I agree 100% with the consensus here that you absolutely HAVE to watch the entire 45 minute video before trying to install this wrap. Your chances of a perfect install are drastically reduced if your try to wing it without any wrapping experience. It is very nice that they throw in an extra cupholder piece just incase you have any issues, as it is definitely the toughest part to install.The other thing I can't stress enough is TAKE YOUR TIME, and just like the install video says, only attempt this at a time when your feeling rather low-stress and relaxed. It's hard to explain, but wrapping with vinyl really just requires patience, time and a calm hand. Stuff like this snowballs badly when your tightly wound. If you find yourself getting very frustrated, walk away for a bit and come back later. Believe me, this isnt one of those "gets worse before it gets better" projects.Other advice on the install that I've learned is to use your finger to gently slide across the wrap when laying it down in its final place. Don't go too quickly as debris and such that gets trapped will leave small bumps, and if your going slowly, you can just pull back that area and VERY GENTLY pick the debris off with the corner of the plastic scraper tool. Do NOT try to use your fingers or fingernail to remove debris, as you will likely either add more debris and/or reduce adhesion with the oils and dirt on your fingers that will inevitably transfer over.Speaking of the orange plastic scraper tools included, I do NOT recommend using them to initially rub the wrap down. If you do, you will find that the scraper tends to leave line imprints along the "pivot area" where the unlaid wrap meets the newly pressed wrap on the console surface, and you will never be able to get them out. Again, use your finger to glide along it slowly. After you've gone over it initially with your finger, the tools are helpful to iron out stuff, but they should not be used to initially lay the vinyl down unless you completely understand what causes the imprint lines to form in the wrap, which only comes with experience.The vinyl is very stretchable and works well with you, so again, take your time and dont feel rushed. Just as mentioned in the video, the cupholder will look like a mess after getting the 4 borders laid down initially, but if you take your time and work from the inside outward, it will look great.I love the upscale look of this brushed metal wrap, as it looks 100% factory with the black interior. It doesnt scream "look at me!" like the carbon fiber wraps but still looks premium. The factory piano gloss finish is very showy and looks great when new with lots of bling cred but as every 3 owner learns quickly, it is a ridiculously hopeless fingerprint and dust magnet to the point that you quickly find yourself wishing they had gone with anything BUT gloss. I tolerated it as long as possible until a mysterious scratch showed up on top of mine (see pic). That was all the catalyst I needed to finally decide to wrap it. Only wish I'd have done so sooner.I highly recommend this company as they make very high quality wraps and will even send you any ONE piece for free if you mess up. All the tools needed for the installation are included so it really is a complete kit. Couldn't be happier with this wrap or the results.Dont wait any longer, 3 owners! If not this wrap, get SOME wrap on that console. You'll wonder why you didnt long before!

Alright, so this is my second purchase of Kenriko center console wrap. The first purchase was a matte black. I’m kind of a perfectionist, but that one went on pretty well save for a few minor areas. It showed light scratches more than I liked and it was a very stretchy material, yet forgiving. I was really kind of jealous of the brushed metal in the install video. So I bought that one, thinking I would install ‘someday’, tearing off the matte black when it got trashed. Nope, I did it today, and love the look. Plus, with experience under my belt on install, this one was way easier to install. As the video mentions, the brushed metal material is a little less stretchy which I found WAY easier to install. Still nervous about trimming corners with a sharp razor blade in my $70k car, but it all worked out great. This one is NOT coming off any time soon. Tips - be patient, don’t be afraid to lift the material up to get it how you want it, and work when it’s cool temp your car. Turn up the sound system and be slow and methodical and the final look of this product will not let you down.

I love this in my car. It fits great, the installation is a little tricky, but once it's in I like this much better than the fingerprint magnet piano black finish of the console.Watch the video on youtube before trying to install it... search "kenriko model 3 tesla console wrap" and you should find it. It's 45 mins, very detailed... but even after watching it, I made mistakes! But that's probably me.I messed up on some parts and reached out to Kenriko and they mailed replacement for the one that I messed up. Very easy to deal with company. I saw other reviews that shared that they will help you if you mess up. I like this company and product and would buy again!

Despite being given two sets of the cup holder section, I managed to mess them both up. So now I've cut it in the middle of the cup holder and kludged it on. It's not the prettiest, and I'll have to replace it sooner rather than later, but it's on.The product is quality, it looked like all the sheets were cut to size, and I really like that the vinyl has a texture to it rather than being flat. Now they just need to make these for the rest of the car!

Changed the appearance of the interior in a positive way. It is difficult to install if you have never done it before; however, the instructions are great. Word of advice, follow EXACTLY what it tells you to do. I never had to re-do it and I am very OCD. The trick is to take your time and do not rush. Be patient. Ive had it on over 2 yrs and it has not peeled off or faded. Great product.

Kinda wished I went with a different brand. Installation video wasn't very helpful, ended up watching video from other major brand that makes center console wrap and that made installation much easier. I got some wrinkles in the middle section and where other brands offer a free replacement, it will be $5 for me to get that single section replacement from Kenriko. I love the look and it's thick vinyl, but $5 where others offer free just kinda sucks.

I love how the kit has EVERYTHING you need, and they've even gone out of their way to give you two sheets for the cup holders as a "just in case" - it shows how Kenriko cares about customer satisfaction. It is not the easiest thing to install, but also not hard, and the video instructions were super helpful. My center console looks a lot nicer now. Highly recommended!

Kits like a glove. Super easy to install. Protects your Tesla center console from life's little problems. looks nice.

First rate product and instructions. Easy to follow Video walkthrough - and the accessories provided made installation super easy. My only regret is that we can't get more of his products in Canada.

Fantastic upgrade for the Model 3 centre console. The brushed finish is much more forgiving on fingerprints and spills. Plus, it protects the piano finish underneath.Total install time is about an hour. But... make sure to watch the installation video while you wait for the product to arrive. It will make things SO MUCH easier.

Super difficult installation!!!Even the installation video is showing a pro fighting for 45 long min just to try an installation!!!Avoid this product.
