I ordered the lightest band, and I absolutely love it! I feel like many bands are either too flexible or too hard, and this band feels like it has just the right amount of give to provide me flexibility but also give me a good workout. It feels very sturdy and high quality for the great price! I highly recommend for anyone who uses an assist band!

These mobility bands are awesome. They are the best I've tried. I've been able to double the number of pull ups I can do by using these. This has upped my crossfit training drastically. I've tried many brands, and these are my favorite pull-up assist bands period.

Just got my purple resistance band in the mail and I love it. It's just the right strength for me to get the optimum workout without the gym. I shared it with my daughter who needs one for a knee injury that requires physical therapy and she loves it too. I'm going to buy another just for her. Wife loves the Foot Massage Ball. These bands work great. Im a busy guy and sometimes can't make it to the gym and these bands are perfect for times i can't train at the gym. Easy to use and convenient.

Great quantity for the price compared to others and love the free massage ball. I purchased the red band and it gets the job done for my PT exercises :)
