I dont know if these actually work for toning your face but they are a hilarious gag gift. I bought the 4 pack and gave them to my sisters and daughter and we got some serious laughs while using these for the first time. It was also hilarious while they were trying to figure out what the heck they were as they look like they might have a more risque intention. It is quite difficult to close your lips with this in your mouth so I imagine it would tone your muscles around your lips and In your face. It is very difficult to refrain from laughing while using this product even when you are by yourself.They are made of silicone and do not cause discomfort while using but you will likely have stiff abdominal muscles from laughing so hard.These did not come with any sort of instructions. I had previously watched a u-tube video which is how I knew how they were used.

Is this a gag gift? Honestly, is it?? Im so enraged by this purchase that it's not about the $8 I spent but the shear ridiculousness of this product. First of all comes with NO instructions. It barely and very uncomfortably fits in your mouth and when you try to chew to make the excercises it pops right out of your mouth. Disgusting. Doesn't even deserve one star. DON'T WAATE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I got these as kind of a joke, but after trying one on I wish they were made a bit smaller. The inside rubber area (not the lips) is too big and was quite painful. I wish the company would make them in different sizes or cut down the inside rubber so that it doesn't hurt. It would be interesting to see if the product actually works, but since the size is too big, I don't want to hurt my gums/cheeks.

They are definitely great for a good laugh. We use them playing games where we have to read out loud!!

Funny looking, but I could definitely feel it working in my jaw muscles. A little uncomfortable against your gums, but manageable for the 3 to 5 minutes you keep it in.

These things are toxic, even after washing with soap and water! They have a chemical smell and causes you to have to cough and clear your throat for hours after you take it out of your mouth. Horrible product - not usable - not safe.

... I found this easy to use. The first time I saw myself in the mirror I couldn't help but laugh. It does seems to work very nicely. I try to use it a minimum of 3-4 x's a week and I do feel better using it. It gives you enough resistance to feel like you're actually accomplishing something, but not so hard that you feel like you're chewing on a tire. I keep it pretty simple, doing just open/closing of my mouth & trying to form an 'O' while using it. It's pretty easy to insert and doesn't hurt while using it. Honestly, for the price it's a good little piece for facial exercise.
