I like the idea, but I'm having a hard time positioning them
I like the idea of these but I can't seem to get them in a good place on the carseat. It's probably just my carseat (infant carrier), but I have to have them totally within baby's reach to be close enough for the buckle to magnetize onto without having to slide the metal part of the buckle onto the wrong part of the strap and causing lots of adjustments all the time, which defeats the purpose. However, the baby proof safety pin attachment is hard for me to open and close, so I'm not worried about baby somehow getting them off and causing injury. This does make them incredibly difficult to move around on the seat if you need to reposition them. I'm hopeful that once I transition her out of the infant type carseat that they will work better...but until then I'm not totally sold.

These aren't perfect, but they make my life a little easier
These aren't perfect, but they make my life a little easier! The straps don't stay put all of the time. I have to get the metal buckle at the right angle/spot for them not to move while I'm putting my baby girl in the seat. And I have to place mine lower then the picture shows. Maybe because I am using them on an infant care seat? My only complaint about that is they sit right where her knees are and press against the side of them (don't think it bothers her though). They also sit right where her little hands can reach. I have noticed her messing with them a few times, but so far they haven't come off. I did test them after installing and pulled pretty hard and one popped off. I then reinstalled, putting less of the fabric onto the safety pin, and that seemed to do the trick. One suggestion I have is adding a fabric pocket or something that would cover the metal buckle. I live in Texas, and the inside of cars/seatbelts can get crazy hot. If the metal was covered I wouldn't have to worry about it touching my baby's skin when I'm putting her in the car. Overall, happy with my purchase and think its a good value for the price!

Good concept, poorly executed
Good concept but this product is poorly thought out. The safety pin is “baby proofed” which makes it very difficult to fasten and remove. The needle of the safety pin is blunt and will leave a hole in the fabric of the car seat. The magnets are extremely weak. I would not recommend this product, your better off gluing some super strong magnets to your carrier which would not only be more discrete but less fiddley and more reliable.

These are great!
My baby hated getting into her car seat and I could have been one of those idiots on an infomercial for how hard I tried to keep the straps from falling in before I could get my squirmy baby in the seat - no matter what I tried they got trapped under her and she would scream when I fished them out. She still hates being in the car seat but at least this way we have a pleasant start. Works super well and is such a smart idea it makes me mad I didn’t come up with it.

Functional & safe
Though to install but that’s highly desired! It’s impossible for baby to be hurt by the pin which was my biggest concern. I recommend sitting baby in seat first to see exactly where you want to install the clips. Otherwise you’ll end up like me and maybe have to move them.

Ehhhhhh. Just ok.
They just don’t function as well as I would have liked. Very hard to undo the safety pin, which I appreciate is for safety reasons but it’s a workout just trying to get it on the car seat. We’ve positioned them in multiple places, they are just in the way... the fabric tore on one of our seats because we were always catching with arms, jackets, or when putting baby in and out of seat. I had high hopes, but didn’t live up to the hype.

Great concept, but it creates extra work in getting and keeping them attached
It was hard to find the right position on the car seat for the straps to reach. The pin is hidden for safety but hard to operate. For me, the straps fall off when I'm putting my daughter in the car seat anyway although it does still prevent them from being stuck completely underneath her. And since the magnet isn't that strong and the angle is akward, attaching the straps before I take her out just created an extra step since they always pull off anyway and need to be reattached once she's out. Maybe it's just my car seat, or just me that had a harder time using these.

Magnets aren't super strong.
The magnets weren't as strong as I would have liked. Plus the velcro strap wasn't very forgiving in shape so it folds the seat belt a little bit since it's rolled up in the packaging. The seatbelts falls off the magnets pretty easily so if you accidentally hit it before getting baby out it falls where you don't want it.
