Broken wheels --- FIXED!!
I like the chair. It fits well and is comfortable. The wheels on mine broke though! They came off the axle and, while they'll go back on, they won't stay on. I've contacted the seller; the seller responded and it looks like they are going to send me some new wheels. I'll update the ratings if and when that happens.UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. My wheels were coming apart. I contacted the seller and they took care of it immediately. Sent me replacements. Could not be happier with the interaction with the seller. Love the chair, too!

Piece of trash!!!!!!
Do NOT spend your money on this!!!! Only had this chair for just over 4 months and the frame broke/bent, wheel came off.....You can't even bend the frame back or get the wheel to go back in, if I even wanted to dared to balance on just the 3 wheels. 😠 😠Beside... I DO NOT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO BALANCE ON 3 WHEELS WHEN I PAID "$200.00" FOR A CHAIR!!! 😠I WOULDN'T EVEN PAY $50.00 FOR THIS ITEM! 😥It's a shame that with every part of this chair... The "FRAME" of all things, they go cheap/ poorly made.I am highly disappointed that a company would advertise a chair as one of the best quality for sturdiness.I am disabled and pretty much go from my bed to a (computer) chair daily.... I am also on a fixed income and thought by paying $200.00 for a sturdier chair, I'd get my money's worth. Instead I just got robbed and HIGHLY disappointed.I was so looking forward to years with this chair as I had with less costly chairs. Guess sometimes, you do NOT get what you paid for.Sorry to dis a company/product but I truly hope y'all learn from my lesson... Do NOT buy and or look elsewhere!

Very comfortable for larger people who game on pc.
I'm a fairly big boy at 6'8" and about 280 lbs. This chair is extremely comfortable to sit in. Long gaming sessions are nothing in this thing. The lumbar support feels good, but I never put the neck support on. It felt really weird. The adjustable height and angle of the arm rests make it perfect for pc gaming. My arms never get tired.

Best chair I have had!
I am a big girl, and I sit at my PC for hours on end. I need a chair that is sturdy and comfortable and won't break my bank. This is that chair. It feels sturdy, not wobbly and I fit comfortably in the seat. I don't need extra padding because the seat is too hard or shaped awkwardly for me. I will buy this again and recommend it to anyone! It was easy to assemble, tools included. I did it alone in about 30-45 minutes. Hardest part was attaching the seat to the back w/o assistance, but I still did it in under an hour.

This chair is amazing. Its not perfect but it fulfills my needs
This chair is amazing. Its not perfect but it fulfills my needs. Let me start by saying I am 6'4" and 285 lbs so finding things that size can be difficult. This chair is big and very sturdy. My fat butt fits right in it perfectly. This alone made it worth buying. As I said construction is very sturdy and well built.Assembly was very easy. Again... this is a big chair. High back and molded sides. the cushions are comfortable and very usable. If you are like me and sick of cheap and flimsy chairs that fall apart and/or are uncomfortable then this is the chair for you.Height adjustment is very good. The Armrests sometimes do not set properly but this is easily fixed by taking the time to make sure they lock properly. The wheels are very sturdy although it is difficult to roll on carpet. I think it could use a bit more padding on the seat.... but I use a thin pillow and its greatIf you are on the large side physically this is the chair for you ! Stop settling for cheap chairs made for skinny short people and GET THIS CHAIR !!!I honestly love this chair

Solid Chair
Been sitting in it for a week now and don't have any issues with comfort or durability. I'm 6'/210lbs so am well below the 400lb weight limit. I like buying furniture built for very large people as it tends to be more solidly built than average.Assembly was easy enough. I recommend assembling the chair on a bed. Much easier than getting down on the floor and soft enough there is no risk of damage to the chair while you work on it.I only had one problem with assembly. One of the three screws which hold the left side plastic cover over the reline spring assembly would not fit. Got two screws in and the third hole in the plastic cover would not line up with the threaded hole in the metal assembly. Not a big deal, two screws are plenty to hold the piece in place and it's purely cosmetic rather than functional. This fit and finish issue is the only reason It didn't get five stars.

Sturdy but a bit rough and not a good fit for me
This is definitely a sturdy chair with it's steel frame but the "ergonomic" shape works against me. The casters and construction are solid but the adjustments are stiff and jerky. It doesn't easily raise or lower and the recline isn't smooth. The fabric is good and would probably last a long time and the included pillows for lumbar and head support are a good feature.I'm 6'1" and the hard wings at the top which might be good for shoulder placement for someone else dig into my upper arms. The hard seat shape is also uncomfortable for me and press too firmly on my thighs. I'm not nearly as heavy as the weight limit and really wanted a chair large enough to sit cross legged in, which is impossible with this, so it was probably not ideal for me anyway.

Great “Ferrari look” and support for computer workstations
I needed to replace an executive style chair with s more supporting chair structure that would fit like a luxury race car seat of a BMW, but with the styling image of Ferrari, eureka a “gaming desk chair. This fits well for medium large build 5’7” to 6’ in the 200-240 lbs area, but tight fit if overweight or a football tackle. Good of your a quarter back! It’s back tilts ok with height and arm rest adjustability and even comes with a small extra pillow for back lumbar, seat, or neck use. Exciting black and red pattern panels. A bit of assembly, and very heavy. Only issue is that the armrests are molded with very little cushioning like an incredible executive chair and the seat is firly firm without being plush—more like a sports car than a luxury car sport seat. It is overall a very good design and build quality. Wheels on base good be a bit more easy to roll on carpet than they do on hard flooring.
