As we are both recently laid off due to COVID, we have more time together then either of us would ever ask for. Upon the kits arrival, we were both ecstatic at how nice everything that came with it was, considering it's much cheaper then a lot of other brands. Everything is of extremely good quality. Including very well written and easy to understand instructions with pictures to match (great for beginners like us!). It was a breeze to set up in our local park. The problem came when I was surprisingly really quick with getting a hang of slack lining, while my husband was not. Instead of him doing his best to practice he would easily get upset and give up. This lead to him not wanting to go to the park with me. As I spent more and more time on the line, I obviously got better as it's so much fun and has only a little learning curve. After a few days I really got pretty good. I would get home and he would huff and puff about me being selfish and how we were supposed to be doing it together. I talked him into coming to the park with me again and giving it more of a try. There was quite a few people at the park this day. As he was trying I'd gently give him tips and tricks to help him grasp it. I would get on and demonstrate what I meant to make it as clear as possible. At this point there was a few people standing around and watching. One person walked up to ask how much I charge for lessons, as it looked like that was what I was doing because I'm so much better then him. This absolutely enraged my husband. He stormed off and made the 45 minute walk home, despite having our car there. When I got home he sat me down and told me it was either him or the slack line. I looked him straight in the eyes and told him I was going back to the park to practice. It's been a few days, the longest we've ever gone without speaking, and I couldn't be happier with this amazing slack line! John, if you're reading this, I want the ZenMonkey sticker that came with the kit back!! Review: Fast shipping, quality line! - Update: changing my review to 5 stars! I've taken this line out a few times now and it's great! Really love the tree protectors, super easy to use with the Velcro, and the line feeds through the "belt loops" attached to them which makes it way easier to set up by yourself. This thing is nice and long, and the ratchet works really smooth too. High quality stuff here. I've had a blast using it, and for the price id recomend it to anyone looking to start out or who's looking for quality at good price. Just be careful when you tighten it not to let the line get crossed up in the ratchet, take your time setting it up and use the tree protectors and this thing will last a long time! Also the customer service is great, i had a small hole in the drawstring bag when I received it and Zen monkey sent me two replacements for free only a few day after I wrote my initial review! . . . The slackline showed up today, fast shipping! Everything is in good shape, but the draw string bag included has a small hole right out of the box. Overall looks like quality gear, can't wait to try it out, break it in, and update this review! I'm giving it a 4 for now cuz the bag is ripped. ## Features - UNBEATABLE VALUE - Classic kit includes: 1) main line and ratchet, 2) tree guard set, 3) fabric carrying bag, 4) setup instructions, 5) owner's manual, 6) gift box packaging, and 7) ZenMonkey sticker - EXCLUSIVE FEATURES - Over 20% more than standard slackline kits. Our research has led us to realize that the majority of people do not use the ratchet protectors and sadly, most just they end up making their way into landfills. If you store the slackline properly and make sure you don’t leave it out in the rain, you will not need to protect the ratchet with a ratchet protector. **Q: Can I purchase just a training line with ratchet? I can't seem to find mine from my kit.** A: Thanks for your question. We have two different kits: COMPLETE KIT with Training Line, and the CLASSIC KIT without Training Line. If you ordered the CLASSIC KIT by mistake, you can return it free of charge through your Amazon "Orders" page and then place an order for the COMPLETE KIT. Should you have any issues with the returns process, please reach out to us and we will gladly assist you! **Q: Where is the version with the training line?** A: It was out of stock for a few weeks, but is now back in stock! **Q: Problem if tree circumference greater than 60”? What’s the largest tree that can be used?** A: The ratchet webbing on all our slacklines (blue, red and black) is 8 ft in length, which means a tree with a circumference of 60 inches (5 feet) would work just fine. As for the largest tree that can be used, any tree with a circumference of up to 7 feet should be no problem at all. As the circumference gets closer to 8 feet, you start getting closer to maxing out the capacity of the ratchet webbing. If your tree is close to (but still less than) 8 feet in circumference, you can always go ahead and place an order and simply return the product to Amazon within the 30 day return window if it won't fit with your particular setup. Good luck ! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made my husband leave me *by K***N on July 14, 2020* My husband (of 10 years) and I purchased this to have something fun to do together during quarantine to keep us active.
