Does what it's supposed to do!
I bought this to be able to attach a 20lb propane tank to a tabletop fire pit that is meant for a small 1lb disposable tank. I got tired of having to replace it every few days, and the disposable tanks also cost a lot more ($4-$5/lb vs $0.60/lb at my local refill place). This worked perfectly with the male end screwing into the fire pit, and the female end connecting to the tank which sits under the table.

No check valve
This is great! Came fast and connected in seconds. Be sure hoses are hooked up before turning on gas. This line doesn't have a check valve. Sure beats swapping out 1pounders! $6.00 for a 2 pack of 1 pounders vs $11.00 for 4.7gallons. Don't exchange your tanks for $20-$22 and only get 15pounds, take them to Tractor Supply and refill them for $2.49 a gallon. 1 gallon of propane weighs 4.2lb. A 20lb tank will hold 4.7gallons full. The ones you exchange advertise that they are only giving you 15lbs. Thats just over 3.5 gallons for $20-$22 dollars vs 4.7gals for $11.70

Stopped working after 5 months
This product worked fine for 5 months, but then it got cold here in Maine. I couldn't get my grillto light, so I figured it must be the grill. I fixed everything, including resetting the regulator on the grill. Then I took the hose off entirely and heard gas hissing coming out. After I listened I waited for 2 hours, and the hose was still leaking out gas. I put a 1lb propane tank on the grill and it works perfectly. So ithe 5 month old hose is plugged up beyond help.

3 out of 4 worked....
I bought 4 of these hoses for a camping trip. 3 of them held together for the week long trip, 1 of them fell apart the first time I tried to connect it to a propane tank. I'm going to see whether I can fix it with some hose clamps, but I'm not exactly thrilled with the quality of this device. I'm not sure how long the other 3 will hold together either, I suppose time will tell.

Doesn’t let enough gas flow.
Wanted to get rid of the 1lb bottles so I got this hose to adapt to our big BBQ propane tank. For whatever reason it doesn’t let enough fuel through to reach temps. I had to give up, got out a 1lb bottle this morning and right away I hit my correct cooking temp. I’m sad....

Bye bye 1lb tanks and now bye bye to this thing
Works great. Could be a little bit longer but im not complaining.Update after using 4 times it seems that it is not letting enough gas through the line. Witl the griddle on high it barely has enough heat to cook.

Got 7 uses in 6 months before it failed
I purchased this for Thanksgiving 2019. I used it 7 times in the following 6 months. On the 6th time I heard and could feel a slow gas leak from the large connector end after it was completely disconnected. It leaked for about 5 minutes. It did this again on the 7th time, too. On the 8th time no gas would pass thru the hose.

It’s Junk!!
Junk! Don’t buy it. I bought two they both failed. Some kind of a keeper must have broken and fallen out of the threaded tip. When I screw it to the tank the brass end just flips around in the female threaded housing
