Well, I've been duped. Worst cook book ever. The ‘recipes’ call for baking, not frying. Total waste of money. Absolutely no input on how to make fries such as how different potatoes might vary in prep / cooking time, how long to boil, best way to pre-season, what temp to prepare the oil to or what type of oil. These "recipes" are more like hey get some french fries and then have some salad on the side, get some french fries and then put some sauce on them. Total waste of paper. If it wasn't for a last minute gift, I'd ship it right back for a refund.

Like the many recipes for French fries. WILL BE TRYING A FEW.Sweet potatoes fries my husband likes!Will be looking for more books on cooking!

I found it odd that there were frozen fries included in this ebook. I assumed that all the fries would be made from scratch. The book has no pictures but provides some interesting ways to spice up french fries.

I have tried one of them and it was awesome. I have always loved sweet potatoes and this has a couple that I am looking forward to trying. Will update as I go!

I got this great little recipe book while it was on sale and I'm so glad I grabbed it when I did.

bought this based on review - it is mainly "fry potatoes and add seasoning X." Not worth the money. Disappointing.

Who new that you could prepare French fries in so many ways. Each recipe topped the next. Absolutely delicious.

Not much to know about fries really

Não acrescenta muito, afinal não há muito o que se fazer com batatas fritas. O Autor até conseguiu surpreender ao listar 30 receitas com batatas fritas, :)
