Only a few chapters in, and already this guide has been thoughtful and eye-opening. It’s comforting to see examples that remind you you’re not alone—and that change is possible.I especially appreciate the focus on keeping what does work, while gently encouraging new, healthier ways to cope with tough emotions. It’s not about guilt—it’s about growth. The goal is a strong healthy mind first and foremost.Looking forward to continuing the journey and putting these strategies into practice.

The item came as described. The actual contents of the book have been very helpful to me already after just starting. It explained why it’s not recommended to attempt losing weight at the same time as trying to get bingeing under control, and it was put into words that made it click for me. I think I will get a lot of benefit from this workbook and I’m going to do everything I can to work through the whole thing over several weeks.
