Great angle and length. High quality metal.I agree with the guy below who says it has helped with their positioning. I am not an endurance cyclist, but this stem really makes the riding position much more comfortable. There are no set rules for fit set up.I bought the 60mm stem.

I bought this stem for my road bike (even though it was not recommended by the bike experts - they claim it would be too sort for a road bike).After trying out a swivel 110 mm stem, I liked the angle to - which increased the height - but the reach was still a bit too far. The thing is, I am one of those people who is not quite tall but not quite regular either. So size 32 length is a bit short and 34 is a bit long. Its not that this bike is too big; it is the right size for me but I just had to find a comfortable riding position. This stem definitely does the trick.Now I easily cover 20 miles per day and have no aches in my back or neck. The 25 degrees angle is just right. I had on a zero degrees stem in the past and there was just no amount of adjustment that I would have done (to my seat) to find comfort. So overall, I am very well pleased.
