These gummies came in on time and are perfect, no damage or wear from shipping. I was suprised how big the bottle was, meaning these are nice sized gummies that will definitely lastand after these are all gone you can use the jar they come in for storing things. The jar is plastic, but well made and doesn't feel cheap even though I was able to get these for such a good price. I purchased these for my elderly father-in-law. He's been having health problems and as you get older, your immune system doesnt work as well as it did when you were younger or in your "prime" and you can become a little more susceptible to getting sick. Also, it's hard for your body to absorb nutrients from food the natural and organic way, so these are great for that. Vitamin C plays such a crucial role in aiding your body and health especially as we age so you cant go wrong with adding this vitamin. These can help support immunity and antioxidant health, healthy bones and joints, heart health, energy and mood. My father-in-law is very picky and I've been able to get him to take these and he likes them so much that I don't have to remind him daily to take his dose, he actually looks forward to taking these so that is an outstanding product in my book! He says the taste is good, and I also tasted one to see if I thought the same on taste and I was delightfully surprised that they do taste pretty good, especially for it being a vitamin gummy. These do not taste like your trying to cover up a supplement taste, they taste like real candy gummies. The texture reminds me of the fruit salad candy gummies. If you have family members/friends/ or yourself that want a supplement option but don't want to take a pill or like pills, get these. My father-in-law doesn't have a full set of teeth, hes missing a few so it can be a challenge finding things that are easy for him to tolerate when needing to chew. These are soft enough that they are easy to chew and not sticky like some can be so these do not get stuck in teeth. The recommended dose is two gummies a day, but you can start with just one a day for the first week or so to make sure this can be incorporated into your diet, so thats what we did. I wanted to wait a few days so I could really give a opinion on quality and if they are working. While it is still way to early to explain if he is reaping all the benefits fully, I can say that I have observed so far his energy and mood are better. He has an added pep in his step and has a more cheery mood. Also I have noticed his skin is better, he had a couple bruises that usually take some time to go away, are now fading much faster and he's not bruising as easy as he used to, so I'm looking forward to the long term effects of continuous use of this product!
