Trailside TrailRest Self-Inflating Mattress, 74x21.6x1.2-Inch/Regular

We were recommend these by a friend that camps often with her son's boy scout troop. We have only used them once, our campsite was on a gravel covered section. We put a tarp down, tent, foam play mat, and used these self-inflating mattresses under our sleeping bag. I slept fine but my husband said that he could still feel the rocks and didn't think the mattresses did any good. They may have felt better on a flat grassy ground situation but they are thin and if you are used to a inflatable air bed this will be a disappointment. They did pack very small so would be good for backpacking as long as you understand they are just a thin mattress.

I'm sure there are better mattresses on the market, but for the price, this one is awesome! I had to help it inflate a little, but a few breaths into the valve and it was great. Rolls up nicely. Haven't used it a lot yet, so not sure about its long term durability, but it does come with a repair kit just in case!

Not bad. Have to say that it would nice if it were slightly wider and thicker. But works well at self inflating and rolls back up nicely.

i thought this was self inflating, but you have to blow it up a bit. love that i cant feel the ground!! perfect for camping and backpacking.

Exactly what I expected and a great product. Too bad my son slid off it and wasn't laying on it by morning.

Product never fully inflates (even with aid). and now the gasket is broken after less than 10 nights of use.

EXACTLY what I was looking for...The price and the Quality... Excellent!
