They are an absolute joke. I was so sorry I purchased this product. They don’t work, either winding or unwinding. They should refund all purchases

It's true. No directions came with it, but I just looked up a handy-dandy You Tube video to show me how. And it did work, after minor fussing with it. I am so tired of tangled up cords, and this seems to do the trick!

They don't spring forward and roll up the cord as advertised. I didn't feel like returning them so I am making do. If you mess with them you can eventually get the cord to roll up. It's a nice idea and helps to keep things organized but I'm sure there are other ones out there that are less annoying to work with.

When it works, it's great. But I find I have to try quite a few times to get it to retract my cord. Once it works, the little bundle is great to throw into my bag and find easily later. Great for travel.

Should have paid more attention to the reviews. I feel like I'm going to break it when I try to retrieve my earbuds.

I had an issue with when I received it. But customer service was quick to send out a new one. small and slick and fits neatly in my bag.

Very Late delivery,Don't work on larger wires.Not practical to use as do not unwind well.So only function seemsto be to wind up for a trip for thin wire cords.

Great idea but disappointing. 1 piece means one cord winder not a package of two as the picture suggests. Does not wind my iPhone earpod cord. Volume control bar stops it. Works well with the charging cord.
