Does not work on My Weber Genesis gas Grill - support from company is nonexistent
I purchased this with great hopes. I finally had a chance to try it out. After 2 hours of preheating it warm NOT HOT enough to make a pizza. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the company and their support phone numbers and email address. I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. The only response I got was an automated response that the person I emailed was no longer at the company. This was a total disappointment in all ways. Didn't work and no support.

Did a great job and makes a nice pizza
Very impressed with product. Did a great job and makes a nice pizza. Did have to close the lid a little to bring up the temperature but I only have a two burner grill. But the pizza would match any at a pizza shop, including wood fired. Very happy with product.

Hands down best item I have ever purchased on Amazon. I have used it dozens of times and I beat the crap out of it. It performs flawlessly. The pizza and calzones are pizzeria quality. I live in NY so for me that’s saying a lot.
