Amazing New!! Professional Arabic Mahogany Oud The Arabian Spirit Cat#AU1-MA with Soft carry case

The Oud looks good but the sound is not to my expectation... I have been trying to tune it for the last 2weeks but it still has dissonance in the 2nd, 4th & 5th strings... I’m unable to figure out the problem... please advise
