Absolute disaster.
This was a disaster - it doesn't come with any hardware, which I thought was no big deal since how hard can it be to buy a few screws? Turns out the particular kind and size of screws it needs if you have both stud and masonry walls aren't available in any of our city hardware stores or any box stores like B&Q; bought the closest sizes we could find in the shop (had to buy 23 more than we needed of both kinds, since buying 2 screws doesn't seem to exist anymore) and they didn't fit. Finally tracked the exact size down at Screwfix and had to buy 50 of them. Even then they tore up the back of the Cycloc trying to get them through. But then the washers required aren't of a standard size and the guys at Screwfix said the washer size in the instructions didn't even make sense. Tried to install with the closest washers we could find and turns out you need a socket screwdriver to even get the hardware in, so had to buy that. FINALLY assembled the required bits and got the Cycloc on the wall and IT DOESN'T FIT THE BIKE. Had measured everything we could think of before purchasing and all indications were that the bike would fit no problem, but when installed, the angle of the Cycloc hooks won't hold it up (FYI it's a Kona cyclocross bike). Took a whole month to get all the pieces together (and £20 to buy wrenches and WAY more screws than we needed) and thus we're past the return window, so we have a hunk of useless plastic, a torn up wall, and a bike on the floor. So disappointed!

Excellent, beautiful and easy to fit.
I love this - easy to fit and use and I can store gloves and other bits in the bucket bit.I used Grip-it fittings which work very well. Be aware you will need to buy the correct, large, drill bit and large screwdriver to fit.Grip-It Assorted Plasterboard Fixings - (32 Pieces)Highly recommend. I have two.

Looks good but doesn't include fixings!!
Looks great but amazingly doesn't come with any fixings, keeps the bike well out of the way and livens up a blank wall in the process, can't help but think it is a bit overpriced though

Expensive
Nice quality and design but I can't believe I spent over 50quid on this item £20 to £30 would have been more appropriate especially as you have to buy wall fixings separately

Fantastic cycle storage
Fantastic cycle storage, almost looks like the bike is floating on the wall.Due to the nature of our walls I did need to use an additional 3 fixings to keep the bracket in place on top of the 3 provided.

Where did you not supply the fixing bolts?
The product is good and does the job, but annoyed to see no mounting bolts supplied with it, and despite my request for bolts to be dispatched nothing has been forthcoming. The instructions clearly state the type of bolt to use depending on your wall, so why were they not included?A pain to find similar ones, and additional expense so really letting down the overall product experience.

Simple. Probably too expensive for what you get, ...
Simple. Probably too expensive for what you get, but works. However, you get no fittings to attach it to the wall. The VITAL thing that you need to fix it to the wall. Completely pointless, especially when paying so much.

Expensive but effective
Interestingly economical instructions, but the bracket does work well once on the wall. It is hard to see why it is so expensive except in terms of a design premium.
