I’m really impressed with this InIU 65W 20,000mAh power bank. For its capacity, it’s surprisingly compact and easy to carry. The digital display is super clear—it shows the exact percentage, so you always know how much charge is left.It charges really fast, and my devices charge fast from it too. I even used it to charge a Windows Surface tablet and an Apple laptop without any issues. Compared to my old power bank from a few years ago, this feels like a huge upgrade in every way. Highly recommended!

Really nice. Clear charge level display. Two USB-C sockets with PD for fast charging of my phone. It'll even charge my laptop for a while. Feels nice and solid and doesn't get hot when charging or in use.

As described, powerful charger. Quite chunky but better than standard 20,000 chargers and better to carry in pocket.Super fast charges my Samsung S24 ultra and also charges my HP Elite laptop.

I have just returned a similar product which failed to charge my iPad Pro whilst I was using it (in fact the charge decreased!) so I was keen to put this through the same test to see if I was just being unrealistic.I work from home & often use my iPad & iPhone in the garden & on holiday so I specifically needed a charger that could hold &/or boost the charge on one both my devices while I’m using it so I went for a high W & mAhPros:Have several cables from this company and they outperform any other make (including apple).Very handy cable attached doubling up as a carry handle!The ports are variable & easy to read with 65W in/out for charging the battery pack itself & new usb-c iPad/iphone, a 36W usb-c & 18W usbQuick to charge using the attached cable in a fast charge usb-c 30w plugVery impressed that it charged my iPad Pro when not using in in just under 1 hr from 63% to full charge & the battery pack only went from 100-77%.Next I used the iPad from 59% battery working constantly from with lots of windows open for 90 mins & the charge on the iPad was 80% & battery pack 65%.I like to be able to see exactly what charge is left so the display which many others don’t have is brilliant.Cons:Because of the high W & mAh it is quite fat & heavy - twice that of iPhone & about same as iPad with cover on.Having said that I don’t think there are any lighter ones with the same power as I was searching for hours for best one!! I’m sure it won’t be long before they can make these even smaller & lighterOverall I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

It's surprisingly compact for its large capacity, making it easy to slip into a bag and take on the go.Its performance is excellent, efficiently charging multiple devices before needing a recharge. The only downside is it tends to get warm during use, especially at higher wattages.If you need reliable power on the go and appreciate a compact design, this power bank is a solid choice. *** FURTHER UPDATE *** I will say that INIU Customer services are probably the best I have spoken with. Albeit that I had some issues, as seen below, they still kept in contact regarding the issue I had. Their politeness and genuine concern has gone beyond what a normal company would do and I have adjusted my review accordingly.Thank you to Lucy.** Update ** Iniu Customer Services got back in touch. They apologised as had assumed a different Powerbank. Asked me to check a few things, tested with phone etc and it is giving full power, just not to DJI kit. They think maybe a fast-charge issue with software? Either way, they have refunded half the cost. It is a good unit, just not working with DJI for some reason? Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars, as does charge other products.After much consideration and previous experience, I decided to upgrade my older Iniu Powerbank to this one, having a much higher output. When testing Powerbank, found that it was only outputting at 22W. This was on both USB-C ports. Tried different cables but still 22W. Plugged USB lead into a mains charger and was able to deliver 35W (capped at the rate by the item it was charging - a DJI Drone).Plugged the Powerbank into the charger and it charges at 45W (as advertised) so again proved cabling not an issue.Sent email to INIU support asking for help and this is what they sent back on 20th January 2025:"Please know that the power bank is designed to charge supported laptops, MacBooks, iPads, tablets, Steam Decks, and phones; however, it is not for electronic devices such as cameras, heated electronic devices, batteries, and battery chargers."They advertise that this PB is for drones and cameras, go-pros etc, yet their support team states not.Now i'm left with a Powerbank not fit for purpose and will have to ask Amazon to intervene to resolve. Not a great service. Be warned.

This is perfect for me, wanting to leave my work laptop charger at home and chuck in my bag. You dont have to try and sit near a socket at a meeting. Because it's not official Windows it displays "slow charging" on the taskbar but it works in real time. It will fully charge my surface pro from empty
