I ordered this product to keep my back warm during my Judo jiujitsu sessions and it works beside it makes you sweat alot if you after that. Good product it seems like it is been made quality and very wide so it covers alot of my back. But dont forget just using this alone will not make you loose weight. trainig and a good healty eating habit plus this belt will do the job.!

Really good value for money. The Velcro fastening is really strong and shows no sign of detaching from the fabric. Too soon to say if it’s working but it definitely makes you sweat!
