Very, very good!
Love this mustard. We first had it at the Wurstkuchi Restaurant in Regensburg, Germany. I do not like much mustard on my brauts but this mustard is delicious. It is one of those things you can eat by the spoonful without any meat.

It goes great on German Style Hot Dogs (pork) like those made by Hofmann of Syracuse NY.
