VERY FLIMSY. Had to rebuild.
Product will not stand up over time because it is only nominally one inch thick. Needed to add additional wood pieces so that gate could be attached as well as covering the unsightly groves at the top and bottom of the piece. Planer marks necessitated sanding several pieces. Wood was warped (up to 3/4 inch in main posts which made gate attachment unsightly. Knots present in support areas where strength is necessary. Gate purchased from same company said it would fit this model, but it didn't requiring additional materials and labor.The arbor looks beautiful after all of the changes made, but for future reference, company should address the problems listed above. If this model is purchased, be prepared to spend additional money and time to make it functional.

More options with 3 ft opening (or 2/5 ft) would have given this a better rating.
I didn't have a lot of choice as far as style because I needed a 3 ft opening for the gate. More options with 3 ft opening (or 2/5 ft) would have given this a better rating.
