Best of Yellow bird in my opinion. Great flavor with decent amount of heat. It’s hotter than most of their other sauces but it’s great!

Nice flavor with subtle sweetness from plum
This is a tasty hot sauce. The reaper is spicy but isn't overwhelming. The plum gives a nice sweetness and sort of tempers the spice. Tasty to top on lots of different dishes.

Love the taste
I was certainly not expecting to enjoy, the taste but I do! Be careful because the heat(spice) creeps up on you and it can get VERY hot . It’s worth a try

Possibly my favorite hot sauce??
Soooo flavorful. Use this one almost every week for marinating chicken - gives it a really good flavor and the right amount of heat. It’s spicy but also a little bit sweet and tangy and miso-y.
