Leonard Mountain Italian wedding soup is made from pasta, orzo, dehydrated onions, parsley, escarole, carrots, basil, onion powder, hydrolyzed soy and vegetable protein, mashed potato flakes (for thickening), salt and pepper ingredients. It is very easy to prepare. Has low sodium. Leonard Mountain stands tall in the business of dry soup mixes and hand stuffed queen olives. In between those two categories of food, we have developed many other delicious products as our customers have requested new products through the years.

This shouldn't be called Italian Wedding Soup.
Very dissatisfied with this product...no escarole to be found! Green and red bell peppers in soup and no orzo.Horrible flavor.....won't buy this again.

Hearty & delicious!
Absolutely delicious soup! I always add tiny meatballs or shredded cooked chicken(whatever is sitting lonely in my fridge/freezer at the moment), but the soup is great even without adding anything extra to it!

Leonard Mountain Italian Wedding Soup, 10-Ounce. Bags (Pack of 4)
Quite spicy and I love it. Made a great soup. Of Course it is Italian wedding soup so I made Vegan meatballs to put in it. I will definitely buy this one again!

Do not follow crock pot instructions!
This product is a nice, quick, and easy way to make soup that's not out of a can and very reasonable for the price. The tag attached to the bag has crock pot instructions which I followed. By about hour 4 on low, the soup was done (hours earlier than the instructions stated) and the noodles were complete mush. We ate it anyway and it was very tasty but the noodle problem could have been avoided. My suggestion is to separate out the noodles from the bag and add them to the crock pot about 30 minutes before you would like to eat. I also added some frozen Italian meatballs to the soup which really made it a meal.Overall, the taste was good and the price was right.

Easy crock pot meal for cool day
Ordered this on a whim, and it is quite tasty. I put it in the crock pot and let it simmer through the day and although the noodles were extremely soft, it was still a tasty soup. I added a little Italian sausage for added flavor and served with fresh french bread and my guests were thrilled. I'd give it five stars if there were a way to pull the noodles from the pack and add them shortly before serving, but you can also make it on the stove and the noodles wouldn't be soaking all day and therefore less soggy.

surprisingly good for a mix
We purchased several varieties of soup mixes, including this one, the Country Collection Spuds ' Chives Potato Soup, 11-Ounce. Bags (Pack of 4) and the Country Collection 4 Amigos Tortilla Soup, 11-Ounce. Bags (Pack of 4) . We have tried them all and have been pleasantly surprised. They are quite good for soups that come from a mix. We dress them up a bit by adding veggies or chicken, but overall, the flavor is good and we have been happy with them as a quick lunch or dinner option.
