OK with some issues
It doesn’t handle the neck flap well when it’s not down. It doesn’t roll up and hide. You sort of have to bunch it up inside and then it makes the hat size smaller than what it is with the flap out. It’s OK if you are going to wear it all the time with the flap out. It’s very not OK if you want to roll it up.

I just finished a weeklong missions trip in the earthquake stricken zone in Mexico. It was extremely hot and sunny with the heat index over 100° each day. The hat was exactly what I needed. It protected my face, ears and neck without any added sunscreen. It was not heavy or bulky and the mesh around the top provided adequate airflow. I wasn’t too concerned about the amount of sun getting in through the mesh around the top because I have a lot of hair. The hat is an excellent value. I had no problems with the snaps or the drawstring.

Excellent customer service!
It was an absolute Delight dealing with customer service on an issue that I had, when trying to purchase more than one hat in different colors mr. Charlie took care of me not to mention I recommend the quality and craftsmanship of these hats to anyone looking to get some relief from sun exposure...!Especially mowing grass or loading up an 18 wheeler.

It was important that I find a hat that didn't flap in high winds. Although I have not tested it in those conditions, if the quality and thickness is any indication, this hat will be ideal. I also felt as if proper ventilation was important and this hat meets that requirement.

I likeD this hat, but the one I received was very small for an XXXL. I had to return it.
