Review: Use this weekly - I wanted a sitting cycle and this fits the bill! There are 3 speeds you can select with the remote. It works electrically or using just foot power and goes forward + reverse. It is a bit noisier than I expected. It is not @whisper quiet @ as in the ads, but not overly loud. You can watch tv or listen to the radio when using it. It goes up to 9999 cycles and the turns off automatically. I use it for the full 9999 cycles about 3x week. I have not noticed a difference in strength or muscle quality, but find it is good for knee & ankle mobility.
Review: It's worth the money. - This is a quality product. It came with all the necessary parts and easy instructions. My 85yr old husband had an unmotorized different brand before but it was too hard to work for various reasons. He loves this one with all it's options and for someone who gets little exercise he is using it at least twice a day!

**Q: Do you need the mat, while using it on carpet?**
A: I use the mat. Helps the machine not to wobble.  If you have a low pile carpet it might do okay.

**Q: Does it help to build muscles in your legs?**
A: Yes my long shorts have gotten tighter close to my kneess.  but it has helped me with my knees and body circulation. I can cross my legs and much more,

**Q: Is this good for a person that cant pedal?**
A: Yes. This machine runs the pedals at three different speed levels. You do not pedal, it does it for you. The motion of the pedals helps to provide good circulation in the ankles and feet.

**Q: Is it already assembled?**
A: Mine came assembled.
