The Hypnobirthing Book & Complete Antenatal Relaxation Collection Paperback – 1 Jan. 2012

I done hypnobirthing via reading this book and listening to cds everyday and had a very positive birth requiring no pain relief during or after birth. Have recovered perfectly. I love hypnotherapy and very grateful for finding this and using it for my labour. My birth happened nearly as i had visualised.Just because it can be hard to find, I also read The Positive Birth Book, and done yoga most days. And stopped All people who tried telling me negative birth stories...

Great but I wish I had purchased the digital versions of the cds instead as they would have been more convenient to.listen to. I can definitely recommend hypnobirthing techniques they helped me stay reasonably chilled during the latter stages of my pregnancy which were highly stressful for multiple reasons and helped me get through my labour and beyond too.

I couldn't afford to take part in a hypnobirthing class but this set was put into practice from week 5 of my pregnancy, each night for 20 minutes...or for as long as I could stay awake for. It enabled me to have a calm birth, with a short 3 hour labour with my first child.

Loved reading the book. CDs are so useful for preparing yourself for a calm and natural birth. Has helped put me in a much better frame of mine for going into labour.

Very useful book, and the cds were invaluable. I would definitely encourage anyone who wants the book to get the cds too, as I used them a lot. Book was an easy read and had lots of helpful tips in it. Very encouraging book too and helps you look forward to the birthing process.

Before I started using the book and cd's I was so nervous and had bad anxiety about labor that I wouldn't even go out of my room then I started these and I feel so much better and confident about the birth and actually looking forward to meeting my little boy pains that I have been having I've even been able to control myself which is a positive sign

excellent bundle, never used hypnobirthing cds before and wasn't sure if they would help. I listened to them every evening and definitely think they made a difference by only getting to hospital when I was 9cms. I would recommend this bundle.
