Unit is well made. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. Only concern is the bar that holds the wand seems to have more movement than expected. Over all works well, the quality is good and looks great.

The comes with a 10-Inch Square Shower Head and handheld sprayer. The hand held sprayer comes with two functions. It looks like the materials are made of metal. You have to follow the instructions step by step to successfully install it. The selector switch can be turn for the shower head only, the hand held shower only or both the shower head and hand held shower. The hand held shower head comes with a long hose. This is convenient when cleaning the shower area since you are now able to reach the corners with a blast of water in the power wash setting. Very nice product. It hope this lasts a long time. I give this an initial 4 Stars.

Easy to install came with putty tape and wrench

This is a great quality product. Most parts are metal, which seems pretty durable. I got it in black, and although it looks modern and beautiful, there is always the concern about the paint peeling off with time, but for now, the paint job is great.The packaging is very good, designed to properly protect the parts. The package has some tamper proof stickers. The set is very complete, it even comes with a mini wrench (great addition for people who do not already have the tools) and with teflon tape.Pro's:+Looks and quality+Most parts are metal+Includes a wrench for installation+Protective packaging+Easy installation+The water ports are soft silicone, which is very easy to clean hard water residue build up.+The diverter valve is amazingly smooth.Con's:-Nothing really bad, and although it includes a wrench and teflon tape, which both are great for people who do not have, the wrench is thin and likely to scratch the paint. The teflon tape is very thin, and the qty provided is barely enough for the installation.All in all, its a great purchase.

I installed this shower head and hand sprayer easily, in about five minutes. The 10" square rain head has good pressure and good coverage. The hand sprayer is very convenient and, by sliding a spring-loaded button, the gently perpendicular spray is diverted to a strong parallel spray, which is useful for cleaning the shower.At this point, the shower head was just installed, so I have had no time to comment regarding longevity. However, it appears to be made of good quality and it is a nice upgrade to the simple shower head.My only complaint is that a special thing wrench is needed for turning the fitting on to of the square shower head (when threading it onto the pipe) and no wrench was included for this. A wrench was included with the shower head, but that wrench fit only the hose fittings (it was too large to fit the fitting on top of the shower head). I was able to tighten the shower head fitting enough by hand to prevent leaking.

I was so surprised at the weight of this box when it arrived. Everything we needed for this installation was included in the box, but as we looked at our current setup and what this box included, we realized it was going to be a more complicated installation than we were ready for at the time. I love the polished brass color, as I use that color all through my house, but we probably are not going to be able to use this for some time.The biggest problem for us with this kit is that is does not work with a tub, this is strictly for a stand-up shower only. If we want to use this with our tub in the enclosure, we are going to need to take out the shower surround and rework the plumbing inside the wall. We read through the entire set of instructions and found no better solution. While we may do that in the future, it isn't going to be any time soon so I am putting this away until we decide where to use it. We talked about installing a shower outside (we have a good sized farm) but this set is awfully nice for an outside shower. Still, we have it, and maybe that would be a nice solution.I am giving this 3 stars because it is a nice set for a good price, although I cannot give my experience on the quality since this did not get installed. It was not clear when I ordered it that we would not be able to easily add it to our current situation, so I have a lovely set I cannot use (at present).

I wanted to try a rain shower head for a while, and decided to go with this one. With it being the larger surface area, the water pressure is a bit lighter than what I need to rinse my thick, curly hair. The nice thing with this is that it comes with a handle sprayer. I can simply turn on the handle sprayer and I have the stronger water pressure I need to rinse my hair. It also has the option for water coming out of both at the same time. My preference is one or the other.As for quality, some parts seem to be heavy duty and well made, while others seem to be plastic with a shiny metal coating over them. So time will tell how well it holds up. It does seem pretty well made, and I would order this again, especially for the price. It looks great and works great so far!
