These are amazing punk / hardcore / new wave buttons, exactly like the ones back in the day but good as new! They are colorful, sturdy, and have a nice ratio of punk rock (most), hardcore (several) and new wave (only a few). They came earlier than promised - thanks, seller!One important note for newbies: these are shirt or denim buttons NOT leather buttons. Their pins do not have the length or the strength to pierce a biker jacket. Have you ever seen pictures of punks with torn-off denim vests worn over their leather? That was so they could wear a bunch of these tiny buttons on their jackets. Some, who didn't like that look, would actually glue the buttons to the leather (and save enough to sniff later - JOKING!). But, these buttons are great and actually cheaper than 35 years ago. Buy at will!

I have a punk costume for Halloween, but the spiked denim vest was too plain. I got some patches elsewhere and found these pins to complete it. They stayed on during hours of 80s dance music, so it's clear that they're durable. And the designs are accurate from the original bands.

Reminds me of buying pins at the punk rock show.

The buttons are a little small (1" as it says in the ad) but the quantity for the price is great. Graphics look great and take me right back to the album covers and T-shirts I had in the 80s.
