This Vitamin B tablet from Lamberts contains the most commonly-required B-vitamins including Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (B3), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), B6, B7 (Biotin) and Vitamin B12. It also contains choline, inositol and PABA. The B-Vitamins play vital roles within the body, and deficiencies can lead to a number of problems including anaemia, nervous system problems, insomnia, skin problems and problems with the immune system. Nutritional Information Nutrient per tablet Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 100mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 100mg Niacin (as Nicotinamide) 100mg Vitamin B6 100mg Folic Acid 100 g Vitamin B12 100 g Biotin 0. 1mg Pantothenic Acid (B5) 100mg Choline 100mg Inositol 100mg PABA 30mg Inactive Ingredients Cellulose, Di Calcium Phosphate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Acacia, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate. Dosage Take 1 Lamberts Vitamin-B-100-Complex tablet daily with a meal. Disintegrates within 1 hour of eating. Caution: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
