The drying process is traditional with Chanterelle mushrooms, because it is the best way to develop the intense flavour of the mushroom. Simply add water to rehydrate. Directions Reconstitute the mushrooms in water for about 20 minutes before cooking. You can use the same water in your cooking, as it will be mushroom-flavoured too.
