It's great to see a US flag cap that is actually US made! The fabric is of excellent quality. I can only think of describing the hat's fabric as similar to the fabric on 5.11's new Apex pants. It has a rather smooth light weight feel to the touch and so far seems to be of quite durable quality. Quite pleased with the overall quality and as such I plan to purchase more Rough American apparel.

Made in the USA, but also just plain well made!
Very high quality. Takes rain and drying out without fading the colors or having "bleed over" from the hat or patch. It is also made in the USA (don't you hate it when you go to buy a nice patriotic shirt/hat/belt buckle, etc, and find out it's made in China!).The fabric is a bit stiff at first but it softens up quickly, especially if you get it wet then tumble dry it on the "no heat" or "cooldown" setting.
