I really thought is was going to be warmer than it actually is.Any way, once combined whit some other clothes (depending the activity) i reaches a flat OK.

I bought this shirt to be worn under regular clothing due to the fact I sweat a lot and I read it help with sweat. So I notice it does pull the sweat away from body and I feel dry. When I go to work I only wear this because I know I will sweat even more when wearing dress shirt plus I brought similar pants that do the same for my legs.

Great value
I am a medium but generally order 1 to 2 sizes larger in compression garments since I am large framed and this shirt fit great. Great quality, comparable to more expensive brands. Does a good job wicking away moisture.

Pants not I thought it would be
Not what u ezpected, especially the pants,thought they were a little warner they did not hold heat, I like design though.
