Waterproof Jacket Mens Raincoats Outdoor Hiking Windproof Travel Rain Jackets

I bought this jacket for a trip to the north coast of Ireland where it rains for a few minutes every hour and is cool even in August, after I read another review that said it was perfect for Ireland. This jacket is the best. Really rainproof, really lightweight, really folds up compactly, breathes well and it worked wonderfully for the vacation. Now, I've been wearing for all sorts of uses, even for running and it doesn't get too hot nor is it too crinkly, which drives me crazy when running. A great buy--a great jacket.

I ordered this raincoat for our son for biking to school on rainy days, and was quite impressed with the quality. The exterior fabric is heavyweight, attractive and durable. It's water and windproof, and provides great coverage. It also has a lightweight fleece lining and back vents that provide some warmth and breathability. Stitching is good, and the three pickets are a big bonus. For the price, it's an excellent buy - I'm thinking of getting one for myself!Sizing seem on-spot. We ordered a small for our thin 5"7" son and it fits him perfectly with sufficient room for a sweatshirt or light jacket underneath. I'm 5'8" and 150#, and it fits me well too, though a little more snugly. The medium would likely be a perfect fit for me, and it is what I would normally wear.

Great jacket, great material, but runs large. I've got an average build and 6' tall. These do run a bit on the larger side. If I hadn't already worn it and thrown away the tags I would exchange for a medium, even though I usually wear larges. Still gets five stars for quality and price though.

This jacket unfortunately did not last me very long. I’ve owned many rain jackets living here in the Northwest but this one has to be the worst I’ve tried on. I wanted it to work and the price was right. I just wanted a jacket to last me maybe two rainy winters. It did not last two wearings. The second time I put in the jacket the seam under the arm ripped open. Well that sealed the deal for me to return the jacket. I also found that the zipper is for a lefty or just odd and the zipper seems cheap. I would save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a nicer jacket. Also this jacket is tight fitting almost like skinny jeans. No thanks.

Excellent customer service from the seller and the jacket is awesome! Very durable and waterproof. The color is a very nice red. Use it all the time when it rains for work. And it dries quickly so don't have to worry about it being wet the next day.Update: got this in January and the pull string to the hoodie broke right away so I got a replacement from the seller. Now 4 months later same thing, the string broke off. I should've return it the first time since its too late now.

PROS:- Quality material for a really good price.- Color (I got red) is bright and in washing it, it did not bleed into other colors.- Shields you well from the cold including the wind.- I'm 5'5" and the size small jacket drapes just about an inch pass my butt cheeks. Deceptively roomy. I can overlay this jacket on top of another very thick jacket and still feels normal. That's how roomy it is.- Hood is detachable which is good on days that don't rain or you don't want a hood.- It does bead off rain. As for the duration, I did not test.CONS:- Can easily misplace the hood because no component to hold it if you take it off.

I like how it looks but some parts are really low quality and also was alot smaller than anticipated. Have only used twice so far and already broke one of the straps at the end of the sleeve.

Coat is the perfect weight and the quality is great. I did see one review about the Velcro on the hood being the same on both sides and therefore unusable. I looked and sure enough it is. In looking further, however, I discovered that there is slit on both side of the hood that the Velcro piece fits into. The attaching side of the Velcro is located inside the slit. This just allows for a nice clean look when the hood is attached. All in all I am certain this will be the perfect thing I will need for my upcoming Alaskan cruise.
