Optic 8+ COB LED Grow Light 500W (UV/IR) 3500k COBs

I will update this review over time currently it was shipped severally damaged Weston runs the entire thing with very little help it took me a week to get $150 by then the price dropped by $100 making it a little like a slap in the face. He can’t be reached called from morning to night Friday have emailed several times left messages to be called, no reply. It claims to have a lifetime warranty but if the company is non existent how good is the warranty. I am debating sending this back. But am scared to be honest they will simply keep the light and the money the service has been that bad. I want to love this light but the service is killing my soul. I will update as the weeks progress. Just if you get this brand expect very little from Optics. Please note several reviews have been bad from optics the last few months I have actually never wrote a review in my life. But this has been terrible.

I would of given it a five star if it had a dimmer like the 8 here does. By far a better light than a so called Gamma Blaster! Stay away from that one!

This light is the real deal. I have a 4×4 tent and first started with a 1500 watt king led light it draws 260 watts which is not enough. You want at minimum draw of 300 watts from a light for 4×4 tent. The foot print of the king led was 2×2 area with absolutely no canopy penetration. I would average a yield from 6 to 10oz, so I decided I wanted to maximize my grow tent bit the bullet and spent the money and let me tell you it's worth every penny. First grow packed the tent over 2lbs. The light will really give you baseball bat colas all the way down. With this light you don't have to prune or defoiliate the bottom 1/3 or 2/3s of your plant. The light penetration is unreal. So do yourself a favor stopping wasting your time with cheap led lights and get the optic 8 + and maximize in your quality and return.

Chinese junk,open it up your paying for junk smh how easy it is to pull the wool over these people's eyes.

This Led light has produced more that twice the amount of a cheap Led. Your up front cost is high but you have to consider would you rather get 1lb out of a cheap light or 2.5lb out of this badboy. The quality of this light is second to none. It is built with highend drivers and will for sure show you a boost in production.
