Go slowly if you have sensitive skin. I am slowly clearing harmful fungi out of my body using this twice a week along with a supplement. As a result, I started to get an itchy sore scalp and made the mistake of putting the oil on my scalp which was severely irritated, it didn't help. But now I have a clear scalp and the nail fungus that btw I've never had in my life is clearing and growing out.
