Long lasting and dependable
I've had these reusable pads for almost 6 years! I may have lost one or two and one got torn up from a dog but I always have at least a few washed and in my nightstand or underwear drawer for that time of the month. I'm going to be 44 soon and I wish I had something like this 30 years ago! I use one each day while on my period, sometimes with our without a tampon, depending on my flow. When is time for a change, I rinse fully in the sink with cold water then wash and dry like regular with my laundry. I bought them for a hiking trip 6 years ago but I've used them ever since. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to anyone!

Surprisingly absorptive - game changer!
I trust these pads more than Always overnight with wings! For reference, I have a medium flow. On my heaviest days, go through 1 regular tampon every 6hrs, or change my Diva Cup every 8hrs.I wore these pads during my entire cycle, which I was not expecting. Even on my heaviest day, I had no leaking or wetness until 6hrs of wear (and was extremely active/sweaty - 15,000 steps). I didn’t have an issue with the pad sliding around because I wore yoga pants every day of my period. I do think they WILL slide around in loose clothing. Still, I wore these to the gym and they stayed in place even during squats!I stayed extremely comfortable and dry. I forgot I had my period because they were so soft! I didn’t feel any wetness until the last hour I was wearing them, but the moisture stayed in the center of the pad and didn’t get close to the wings.Because the fabric is dark gray and so absorbent, I could barely see any blood. There was a tinge of red at the end. The fabric did fade slightly when I washed them.Washing: I hand-washed these each day. I only went through 2/day and washed them together. I rinsed them with cold water until they water was clear. Then, I soaked them in hot water with ~1tbsp of detergent. After 10 minutes, I rinsed them again. I noticed the cloth was fading, just like black underwear does due to natural acidity from bodily fluids.I hung them to dry overnight and they were good as new the next day!I can see these lasting a few years with delicate care. Definitely recommend!

Notes on use for urinary incontinence - comparison to Hesta
I've only had these for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to durability. They are fairly absorbent, even catching everything when I had a large leak. But, speaking of leaks, the design of these and all the pads that are made the same is a problem. The inside absorbent section goes right up to the very edge of the liner, so if the pad slips backward - which is does more often than not - the pee runs right off the front edge and onto my panties. If the pad is forward enough when I don't make it in time, it holds enough. I have used the Hesta organic cotton pads in the past and wanted to compare. The Hesta are far superior in design, but the lining has ripped in two pads purchased this year, so I was hoping that these would work. These have a much more slippery lining, and even though the wings are wide, they don't stay in place as well. The Hesta hold more fluid, and with that center extra thickness and the seam inside, the worst stays in the center of the pad. I'm writing this in the hope that whoever makes these will come up with a compromise between the two styles. I really don't want to have to research the fabrics and get out my sewing machine. Also, some introverted prints would be welcomed. I'm not a loud person. I don't want a pad to say "Pay attention to me!"

Great alternative to higher priced brands!
I bought these pads as a nice alternative to the higher priced brands. I have used these for several months and they have held up well. They are much more comfortable than disposable pads and conform to my body better. I have had no problems with leakage, they absorb very well. I consider myself to be a very heavy bleeder. I bought two packs of 15? I usually change every four hours. Each pack comes with a small bag which makes travel very nice.To clean, I rinse each pad I use during the day in the shower at night and lay them out to dry. When I wash a put them right into the washing machine. I don't wash them with anything special and I have not had any problems with stains if I make sure to rinse them at the end of each day. To dry, I began by air drying them, however I soon found out they would not fully dry and they would start to smell of mildew. So now I just through them into the dryer right after washing them. The only draw back is that I wish they were a tad bit longer, but that is just a personal preference. Also, it is true that the prints are random and some of them may seem childish. However, I don't mind the designs especially because nobody will see them anyways.Nice quality materials, nicely priced, great alternative.

Its great. No leaks, not gross and no raw felling!
Changing my review from 1 star to 5. I wrote a review earlier thinking this was not working and it was hot but it was my fault this is for medium to heavy flow and it was a very light flow. I do have one for light flow will try that next time for the begging of the flow. Well It was the beginning of the flow and it was just thicker drops. I decided to try again thinking it was going to be a light flow this month so no risks if doesn’t absorb but I was wrong and left the house unprepared I was out and felt a heavy flow wich usually leaks on a regular pad I was impressed to feel dry and when checking the cloth pad it was not even visible very little was visible on the pad. I felt cleaner than with an always pad. I was on a fair for 3 hours unplanned and needed to still go help my cousin clean some apartments I couldn’t stop by the house for been 2 hours late and well long story short I did the cleaning and thought for sure it was going to leake so I kept checking and covered my self with a sweater but it did not leak at all and I was with this pad for about 6 hours. If it was a plastic pad I would be uncomfortable, raw and leaking.
