Too small print on the mode buttons
This phone will store several phone numbers, which is great for seniors with poor memory. But to make a call using a stored number requires pushing two buttons, the "Auto" button along the top, and then the big number below where the number to be called has been stored. But the three mode buttons along the top have TINY print. The Auto button is next to the Store button, and my husband would often accidentally push the Store button first instead of the Auto button, which would wipe out the stored number. His call wouldn't go through and he would be stranded, unable to call me (without help) until my next visit when I would re-program it.It makes absolutely no sense to have a phone with huge numbers alongside mode buttons with such tiny print. The senior pushing the large button is the same senior trying to figure out which small-print button to push first.I've given it one star because even though the large numbers are great, the tiny print on the top buttons renders the phone unusable.

Cost Effective, Simple to set up, Great Speaker Volume
I liked this phone is cost effective, simple to set up with a speaker option so when I am on endless hold I can be doing other paperwork and lessen my frustration level :) I have a cellphone so was not looking for a lot of bells and whistles but for my landline this was just what I was after.

large keys and easy to use
The receiver cord is enough long for me. This landline phone is very suitable for me, large buttons and amplified sound.
