The media could not be loaded.  Do not throw away your money! these mattresses are defective and the coustomer service does not exist; it can make your back problems worse! It has a hard strip right in the middle this runs along your back when you lies on it, worsening back problems.

I put up with a cheap spring mattress for several years before ordering this. What a revelation, it's so comfortable. I thoroughly recommend it. It's not memory foam and this is great for me, as the mattress quickly returns to it's normal shape when you turn over etc. This gives it good support.

Took a bit of a gamble when buying this product as I no longer wanted a spring mattress. I have to say that the gamble paid off. It is a firm bed, whoever you soon realise that you are supported, when you are on your back a bum concaved effect happens and when you are on your side it supports your hips. I was scared that I may make up with dead arm, but this has not happened, I look forward to going to bed in comfort.The only criticism I have is the instructions are in Italy, but Google translate sort any communication issues.One thing I was not aware of if "off gassing" when foam mattresses are packed air is taken out gasses put in to preserve the mattresses and can take a couple if weeks for the smell to disappear, this is normal practice, but I was unaware when I bought it.10 out of 10 for a great product.

I don't generally write reviews but I will not recommend this mattress. I understand mattresses & pillows are very subjective and depend upon individual preference.I am writing this review after 1yr of usage and that too I avoided using this most of the time. I didn't find this mattress comfortable, though it says firm but it's nowhere close to firm when you sleep on it. Your body sinks into the mattress unevenly which gives a very distrubed sleep. Clearly there are no zonal support designed within the mattress to offer support needed for different body parts. I'll advise to spend some extra money and get a better mattress for yourself.

After sleeping on many mattresses in many different countries, I find this one of the best. I am lightweight and like a firm mattress. I cannot stand springs as I can feel them. Memory foam alone is way too soft for me. This mattress is primarily water foam with a little memory foam. It is definitely firm but not like a brick as one reviewer commented.About 15cms deep and superb value for money.

It's fine but VERY much in the firm side. I know these things are subjective but it's too firm for me. Will have to buy a mattress topper.... If I can find one that fits....

I have just bought my second one of these (for no.2 bedroom) because they are just perfect. As soon as you lie down it's easy to drift off because they're sooooo confortable. I cannot fault them and I'd recommend these to anyone even if (like me sometimes) you have back strain. Very supportive, medium firm yet with a softness that purrs quality.

Bought for my son and he loves it. Just what he was after. Slight smell on opening but that was expected and it had faded within a couple of hours. I've given 4 on softness only because it's a nice firm mattress.
