Great customer support. *by C***W on March 12, 2026* I purchased this Harrison bench 1000 MAX after being disappointed and returning Keppi 3000 bench. If you want to use the leg extension, leg curl and preacher curl. this one is 10 times more functional than the Keppi. It is sturdy and well made. The pads are thicker and more comfortable as well. I though maybe it was me when it came to the leg attachments on the Keppi so i asked a couple friends to try it out. I am 5'11" my buddies were 5'8 and 6'3" and none of us were able to use the Keppi leg attachments. So far myself and the 6'3" friend have tried the leg attachments on the Harrison and we were both able to use it. as far as customer support. Some how i manage to lose the U-ring that locks the leg attachment in place. I reached out to Harrison prepared to pay for a replacement but they sent me a new one free of charge. So that was a pleasant surprise. As far as assembly goes. The instruction manual could be a little clearer. but i am 55 years old and i managed to assemble it in an hour watching some U-tube videos.
