If you need additional lengths of lineset you can purchase an additional lineset length (sold separately). Optional Heat Kit Please note that this system does NOT generate heat at all without an optional heat kit. If you choose to purchase one, please note that 3kW per TON is the minimum recommended amount. Great product, and great value. Saved at least $10,000 by buying from this vendor. Shipper dinged it up a little, but it turned out to be purely cosmetic. Condenser unit still had positive pressure, and even after using an oversized lineset due to the length of the run, I only had to add a small amount of refrigerant to top-off to get the proper amount of superheat. If I was going to purchase again, I would definitely go to this vendor.

**Q: Does this do heat to and of not can you make it gas as well?**
A: This system is a cooling only system though you CAN add an electric heater to the air handler for heat it would only be recommended for smaller homes and not anywhere it gets too cold. Other options for heat are a heat pump system or a gas system As you mentioned. If you need to discuss your options feel free to contact our customer service department at 888-474-9966.

A: The air conditioner comes pre-charged up to 15 ft, however your qualified installer can add more.
