When arrived my box was open and one was missing. It does ad a nice crunch to yogurt but I am not crazy about the taste. I doubt I will order again.

This product is a game changer for my mornings. I have been trying to cut my weight, but didn't want to lose muscle in the process. By adding this to my greek yogurt I am able to get 25g of protein with great macros for under 300 calories! I can't say enough good things and I can't wait to try baking with it.
