This is our second time purchasing and myself, my husband, and my daughter (going through puberty) are using them. My husband and daughter are taking it out of the capsule and pouring into their tea as they struggle to swallow pills bigger than an ibuprofen but the effects are still great. I swallow it daily with no issue.We've all noticed decreased body odors and I have noticed my body seems to be processing digested foods more efficiently which is a nice surprise. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it's not a miracle product but there is a noticeable difference and we have now added this to our daily health care routine.

I have been looking for something to help with odor for a while now. I’ve tried many different deodorants, sprays and anything else you can think of, I’ve tried it. I have a physical job and I have severe anxiety and ADD/OCD. The medication alone that I am on makes me sweat even more, which results in terrible odor. I really feel like this helped me at first! Like didn't have to wear deodorant helped. Then after a week and a half it felt like it wasn't doing anything. It makes your bowel movements the color of the bottle so don't be surprised by that!

This stuff doesn't work AT ALL. I wish I could get my money back but I was waiting to see if it took awhile to work

I had an allergic reaction. My skin became very itchy. I am not sure if it counteracted with other supplements.

I have been taking this internal deodorant supplements for couple days now and i definitely feeling the effects of them all in a good way , less intimate body odor and armpit. Overall I’m feeling great.
