Unlike the tart cherry juice sold in supermarkets, this really does help reduce knee pain. I tried three different brands available locally that had no effect, but the fourth time, with Tart Is Smart was the charm. None of the three brands of capsules I tried was helpful. Orders from Amazon that were ineffective included Solaray 425 mg capsules, Cheribundi Tart Cherry 32 Ounce Concentrate, and Swanson Organic Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate. The nice thing about the concentrate is that you can control the ratio of juice to water to achieve the desired flavor/effect.In the past it was more cost-effective to order this product from the manufacturer, but with increased shipping costs, Amazon is a more cost-effective choice, particularly as a six pack.Ah, knee pain relief!

This is absolutely delicious! I bought this for the many health benefits that it provides & I am very happy with the quality & taste! I would recommend this product for sure & I will purchase it again in the future. I've noticed that it not only has made my stomach feel healthier, but also it helps with my insomnia. This is a wonderful natural remedy. In addition, it also helps with inflammation, so it's a great post workout drink! Love it!

This brand was recommended by our physician, my husband and I both have anti-inflammatory issues and tart cherry juice is highly recommended. This is a concentrate and we use 2 tablespoons in 8 oz water. Simple as that have it now on subscribe and save.Decided to update review and took off a star because I realised the price is quite high. I think the product is great but I am going to try another brand which sells 32 oz for the same price. Will update again when I get the other product.

Item as described. One bottle top smashed but not leaking. Every time we get something delivered by FedEx they refuse to deliver package where we need it delivered !!

Came as advertised, bottles all in tact. I haven't noticed any great change in my condition, but I will keep taking it for another month to see if anything improves! It is TART!

This is thick and tart and absolutely delicious stirred into yogurt. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because out of the four different bottles I received over a four month span of Subscribe and Save, two of them were very grainy, as if the sugars had crystallized. Not a good texture.

I've been using tart cherry juice for years. I started drinking it when my shoulders began hurting when I raised my elbows over my head. Within a couple of weeks there was a tremendous improvement. I've attempted to quit it several times over the years, but within two weeks the pain always returns.
