The UView leak tester kit comes with this. It works well & is a lot quicker than performing a cylinder leak down test. Basically this is for telling a customer they are better off replacing the engine or the vehicle. For the DIYer, a leak down tester may be more thorough, but this will tell you if you need to replace the head gaskets, along with being able to observe other issues within the spark plug tube / combustion chamber in the cylinder.
