Fire-Boltt 4G Pro Volte Calling Smart Watch- 2.02” TFT Display, 4G Nano-SIM GPS, Health Suite, Sports Modes, 400mAh Battery (Gray)

Purchased the Fire Boltt 4G Pro Volte Calling Smartwatch from Amazon on 29th November 2024 (delivered 30th Nov). In less than 1 month after purchasing the watch, there are issues with it including: 1. Primary and big issue: Touch screen not working correctly. It does not work in some parts of the screen and the touch response is unpredictable. As a result, simple operations are diffficult to do, e.g., not possible to pick up incoming calls by pressing the green call-accept button, and not possible to disconnect calls by pressing the red call-disconnect button. Touch reponse not working in some parts of the screen (except on the sides). 2. SIM stopped getting recognised, even though it worked fine for the first 2 weeks or so. It is now recognised again, but stops working in between - behaviour is erratic. I tried contacting Fire Boltt Customer Care on 3 different numbers (including the one provided on product packaging, plus 2 other numbers found on the internet), as well as emailed to the support email address provided on product packaging. None of these methods worked. I then got an email saying I need to register the concern on their complaint portal, which I did. Overall, this has been a poor experience. 19.Feb.2025 : logged the complaint in the portal 6 weeks ago.. there is no resolution yet and there is no way to follow up.

I would have liked to give Zero stars. I have encountered several significant issues within a week of use that have rendered the device almost unusable: Severe Battery Issues: The battery life is far below the advertised performance. It does not last more than two hours, even with minimal use. Frequent Error Messages: The device consistently displays error messages that disrupt its functionality. Unreliable Performance: The smartwatch has an alarming tendency to shut down automatically without any warning. This unpredictable behavior makes it unreliable and frustrating to use. No Android support : We cannot use it for configuring WhatsApp messages or other app based activities. Moreover, the customer service is absolutely useless. You can only connect after 4 or 5 attempts and the only response you get from them is ' Wait for 24 hours and your issue will be resolved. ' It is already been more than 10 days and I am still waiting to hear a different response from them.

Product has malfunctioned, displaying something in a foreign language, shuts down on its own even when fully charged. When try to switch it on, battery goes down in an instance. Tried to contact Fireboltt through its customer service number, email, website - nothing works. They have deliberately created a situation so that customers can't reach them through any means. Never never never buy products from this company....

My ordered product was faulty and its screen had visible lines. After complain with Firebolt, they changed the product. The replacement was also faulty and its side buttons were not working. Again I complained and they fixed the product. Today on Sep 23, 2024 repaired product has heating problem and had temperature of 42 Degree Celsius. The watch looks stylish and premium on the wrist. The build quality is good and the strap feels comfortable for daily use. Time accuracy is perfect and the design suits both casual and formal wear. Only reason for 4 stars is that the dial could be slightly brighter. Overall, a very good watch for the price.
