Perfect fit works great
Exact same as stick relay, except the model number print is slightly different. I'm showing this product on the left next to the stock relay pin in my hand. Easy to replace, works great so far!

Starter relay for 2008 Chrysler 300 (and many other Chryslers I suspect)
If you are one of those that had the condition where the ignition key started experiencing a delay that got longer and longer and occasionally would not start, this exact relay in the box under the hood IS the problem. After many starts, the relay contacts begin to darken from arc pitting. Don't spend a big bill at the dealership where they will take forever to find this problem. Other reviewers that I found online led me to this problem. It took me over an hour of reading to believe a few of the reviewers but this was the problem. It is so easy to replace.

Great replacement
So far so good replaced OEM part with this. Advance auto parts want 29.00 for the same thing. I got 2 for half the price from the auto store. I'm definitely happy with price and no problem since installing in my truck....
