Ive been welding for a living now for a few years and always had companies provide me with a helmet to use but I thought it was time to grab my own. So I bought this. I run a hollow metal shop for a small company but I'm welding at least half the day if not all day long Monday through friday and I was looking for a helmet ready for the abuse. When under the hood there is no difference between the Jackson, or the Miller I use here. Out of the hood helmet is a bit thin and the head gear bends a bit so it's less rigid then the others, but it is very comfortable. All together its a 5 star helmet, I just had to take away a star so people didnt assume they were getting a $200 helmet. For the $50 I paid for it, so far its well worth it.For those who want to know I use stick and gas mig with 14-18 gauge steel normally and also weld quarter inch steel as well.Re: Ive been using it for a while now, its a great helmet for sure! Ive used it for stick, gas mig, and tig, both inside and outside, and for all 3 and it works really well. ONLY downside is it does fog up sometimes when youre under serious heat.

Looks good, feels good, and works great! Nice and comfortable. Could wear it around all day. Everything came nicely packaged and working as they should. My only issue with them is they are not sensitive enough to do oxy-fuel welding and they just flash on and off when something gets a bit brighter. Anyways, all around great product for a great price and I am happy with them.

That's the helmet works perfect by 4 the best for your money headband is amazing would recommend this to anybody who welds.
