This is the second of these I have bought. The construction is solid enough without being too heavy or bulky. It pairs easily with the app and links nicely with the Amazon Alexa system. Each button can be individually named and controlled either by the app(s) or by voice (when linked). With either of the ones I currently have I've never had one spot of problem having them respond or keep connection.

The LINGANZH Smart Power Strip Can be very useful for multiple appliances or decorative holiday lights, provided that the electrical cord is long enough to connect with the power strip.Installation isn’t a problem for tech saavy individuals, but for less tech saavy people, if there is a problem, it may be difficult to figure out trouble shooting in how to connect to WiFi or activate Alexa skills.The only hiccup I’ve encountered with this WiFi power Strip is with scheduling. If I decide to manually turn on a device earlier than the start time, the device may not shut off on its scheduled time. The device stays on. You have to manually turn it off. After futzing with it, I discovered you’ll need to turn off the entire power strip via master button and turn it back on to reset it. It works perfectly after doing this.Alexa skills for this device works very well. You just have to remember what you name each device you attach to the power strip.I would recommend this WiFi power Strip for converting your home to a smart home.

i have it running pumps and lights on my reef tank. it turned out to be a MUCH CHEAPER option then apex controller that can be $1000 plus! easy to set up and timers can be independently set for each outlet and after 2 months i have yet to see any miscues on the schedules! i do recommend and i will buy more!!! ended up buying individual smart plugs from the same seller from the rest of the house! thanks to them i now have a smart home!

So I rate this four stars as it does work with alexa, works really well, however a few things:1 getting the program to work wasn't simple or easy. it only operates on a 2.4 network so you have to tell your interface device to log onto that network then let it on BEFORE you can do anything else.2 It took a couple of tries before the system actually worked3 and lastly, after I let this chinese device onto my home network, I got a phone call from china, no I did not answer it, my caller ID said.So while its great and works well, I feel unsafe about it on my system, but will keep using it, I just made sure nothing else is on that 2.4 network.

I write reviews on alllll of my products and please read all of this before buying. Very handy, still getting the hang of all of it. Didn’t notice any fee like the other person mentioned when downloading the app, and for those of you who cant connect, I had the same problem, it doesn’t support 5G WiFi so you have to set it up to your 2.4G. Another problem I did have though was trying to contact your support, whether I went to your website or used the number on the card it kept telling me the number didn’t exist, and I just recently went from 4 to 1 stars because after less then a week of owning this product I notice the plug doesn’t like to stay in any of the sockets I plug it into, very easy to fall out and when trying to pull out one of my plugs, it got stuck inside the power strip and when I pulled it out, it broke the outlet so now I have 3 outlets. I guess you get what you pay for but I do not recommend buying anything from this company, there are plenty more power strips out there..... I have also been updating this as the days go on, since day one I have had problems with this device staying connected to the WIFI as well, it will turn off applications momentarily until it reconnects, or I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to connect. I have a new power strip from a different company coming in soon and this one will be trashed. Maybe it was a faulty product or maybe they’re all like that. I don’t want to find out, I’d rather spend an extra couple bucks to hopefully get some better use out of one.

I bought this power strip to set automatic timers for my diy misting system and lights for my chameleon terrarium. Everything has worked perfectly from the moment I set it up. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I have not have a single issue. The app works great and was extremely easy to pair to my note 10+. I like that you can still access the strip from your phone, even if you are not connected to wifi.

It is good quality,This power strip has 4 outlets which can individual be controlled by the Smart app I have it set up with my reptile lighting and heat lamps. The timers on it are working great, I love that I can edit them easily from The app on my phone. Way cheaper than anything I would find at a pet store.

I was about to return this after over an HOUR of trying to pair this using the included instructions to first download the eFamilyCloud app and go though the steps. It just doesn't work. It will not pair to that app or Alexa. It gave me a message telling that "maybe" I needed to modify my wifi router - that was the straw that broke the camels back. This was supposed to be a simple set up and it was far from it. I hauled out an old Gosund smart plug that I had as well and decided that I would just have to do without the added outlets. As I'm pairing the Gosund smart plug guess what showed up? The power strip. THIS power strip was paired on my Gosund App. And from there, it works beautifully. I'm glad I didn't return it.1 star for ease of use. Had I not accidentally found it on an app I already had for a different smart plug I would have returned it in a heartbeat.3 stars for overall rating. It does work perfectly once you get it going - in another brand's app. I'd give the strip 5 stars had it been this easy from the start if it hadn't been so frustrating and wasted so much of my time. So, if you're out there frustrated because this thing just will not pair... try the Gosund App.
