Ballons didn’t work.
The ballons popped out of the no where, and for no reason. I did not have the chance to even use them.

Buyer beware. 2 balloons had holes
You get 4 balloons and a packet of complicated tassels that require assembling. 2 of the 4 balloons came with a hole in them so I wasted a significant amount of helium on them. Buyer beware!
