I love this product! I had been taking ashwagandha for a while before buying this product. I decided to do some research and I concluded that this would be a better product over the one I had already been taking. I'll say that I was blown away by how much better quality this product was because i noticed a major improvement IMMEDIATELY. Within a day or perhaps two days at most, my days became much less stressful and I began to see reality in a new light.

Strong effect, maybe too strong

Potent compared to others
I've tried many kids of Ashwagondha and this one seems to have the strongest and longest lasting effecs, plus i only take one pill at a time so i get 90 doses out of it
